Sarah Lucas, creator of 'This One's For The Pigeons', hopes local pigeons will "organically develop" the piece. She says it shows the "hopelessness" of trying to keep the birds under control.
This was a hypothetical project. I challenged myself to come up with 158 plinth proposals, one for each year the plinth remained empty running up to and including all the public sculptures to date.
