There have been 66 monarchs in England and Britain spread over a period of 1500 years. This proposal is to have all of the occupying the plinth, save one, William IV - sadly left out in the cold once again.
This was a hypothetical project. I challenged myself to come up with 158 plinth proposals, one for each year the plinth remained empty running up to and including all the public sculptures to date. In doing this I hoped to understand the thought processes behind the artists who were commissioned. The best way to enjoy this project is from the first post 1/158. So please scroll down and enjoy.
